The campsite has no pitches, but mobile homes with or without private hot tubs, and apartments.

The campsite does not offer pitches.

You’ll need to bring your own bed linen, bath towels, household products, consumables and a good mood.

Is it possible to have water on every pitch?

There are no pitches on the campsite. All our rentals have hot water.

Are water and electricity included in the pitch price?

We have no pitches on the campsite, only rentals.

Are there special sites for motorhomes?

We have no pitches on the campsite, only rentals.

Is it possible to empty the toilets on the pitches?

Do you offer long stays?

We offer stays of up to 3 weeks.

Is it possible to rent a baby cot or high chair?

We can provide a cot or high chair on request, free of charge.

Yes, the rentals have heating.

How big are the beds?

Beds range from 80×190 cm to 160×200 cm, depending on the rental chosen.

What are the swimming pool opening times?

Our customers can use the Camping International swimming pool from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the off-season, not in the high season (July/August).

Is the pool heated?

The campsite’s swimming pool is heated, but only accessible in the off-season.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

No, bathing suit only.

Is the pool supervised?

No.

Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?

No.

How can I make a reservation?

Online on our website, on the booking platform, by phone or by e-mail.

Are you VACAF approved?

No.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

Yes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, ANCV or cheque.

Can I pay in instalments?

You can pay in instalments, but the total amount of your stay must be paid one month before your arrival.

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance must be paid one month before your arrival at the campsite.

What is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is 0.61 cents per day per person over 18.

How do I modify a reservation?

Online on the booking platform, using the login details provided in the booking confirmation.

Can I arrive outside reception opening hours?

Yes, we have a procedure for arriving outside office opening hours, just call us directly on u003ca href=u0022tel:+33494582019u0022u003e04 94 58 20 19u003c/au003e and let us know.

My mobile home is available before 3pm on Saturdays. Is it possible to arrive earlier?

If the rental is ready before 4pm, you can take possession of the premises.

Is my dog allowed in the rental property?

We do not accept pets on the campsite.

No, we do not accept pets on the campsite.

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

Yes, you can have visitors, but cars must be parked outside and visitors must report to reception.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

No.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?

Yes, a deposit of 200 euros is required on arrival. It is kept during your stay and returned after your rental has been checked on departure.

Do I need to make an appointment to check out?

No need for an appointment, just come straight to reception to let us know you’re about to leave, and we’ll take you back upstairs for the inspection.

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

Our laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. Tokens are available at reception.

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

All barbecues with flames are strictly forbidden on the Presqu’île de Giens. Planchas are permitted.

Is there wifi at the campsite?

Yes, there is wifi in the campsite, but you have to pay for it.

What time do I have to return the mobile home?

The rental must be vacated between 9 and 10 am on the day of departure.

How late can I drive into the campsite?

The gate at the entrance to the campsite closes at 11pm. You need to arrive before then to be able to enter by car, otherwise you’ll only be able to enter on foot.

Are visitors welcome?

Visitors are welcome in the campsite grounds and restaurant, but must park outside Le Clair de Lune.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals are from 4pm and departures between 9am and 10am.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

You can submit your wishes to us, but we do our best to accommodate your schedule and bookings.

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?

Yes, wristbands must be worn on the campsite.

Is it possible to bring your own barbecue?

Yes, but flame barbecues are not allowed, only planchas.

When can I get my deposit back?

The deposit is returned after your rental has been checked on departure.

Are minors accepted?

Minors are only accepted if accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is 100 euros.

Wifi is not free. You can buy a code and connect with several devices.

Are there any shops on the campsite?

Yes, on the campsite you’ll find our bar/restaurant.

Are animations included?

We do not offer entertainment on the campsite.
