On your marks, get set, explore! <\/p><div class=\"columns\"><div class=\"columns__item\"><h2 class=\"inline\">Our selection of three original hikes in the Var<\/h2><h3>Located just over an hour from the campsite, La cascade du Grand Baou in Brignoles  <\/h3><p>The Var is more famous for its beaches than for its rivers and waterfalls, yet <strong>the region is brimming with wonderful places to discover!<\/strong><\/p><p>Discover the<strong> Grand Baoue waterfall, a truly magical place<\/strong> just an hour from the campsite. Set in an unspoilt natural area, you&#8217;re sure to enjoy a change of scenery! <\/p><p>Whether with family or friends, this walk in the commune of Le Val is accessible to all. Getting to the bathing area is easy: a ten-metre path links the parking lot to the area.   <\/p><p>Here you can admire a grotto and rocks.<\/p><p>Don&#8217;t forget your shoes: there are many different water crossings depending on the season.  <\/p><p>When you reach the foot of the jets, you can take a dip in the clear waters. In summer, the temperature is around 18\u00b0 C to 20\u00b0 C (ideal for cooling off). Then head for Carc\u00e8s at the junction between Correns and Carc\u00e8s. Turn left after the junction.
