The black Langoustier beach in Porquerolles<\/h2>\n\n
This beach is located in the south-west of Porquerolles island<\/strong>. It takes about 1h30 from the village to get there. It’s sheltered from the wind and features black sand. You’re sure to fall in love! <\/p>\n\n The beach is located near the western tip of the island, a 45-minute bike ride from the village center (approx. 5 km). This beautiful beach is sheltered from the wind and waves. Fort du Langoustier<\/strong> is located near the beach. <\/p><\/div> Smell the incredible scents of eucalyptus and pine! This largest beach on the island is surrounded by majestic trees with heady scents. Just 15 minutes’ walk from the village, it’s one of the island’s most popular beaches for families. The shallow water is ideal for children. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n Notre Dame beach<\/strong> is our favorite. It was voted Europe’s most beautiful beach in 2015. Facing the sea, it’s the ideal beach to relax and enjoy the sun and sea, as it’s not very busy! <\/p><\/div> With its turquoise waters and fine white sand, it’s a very popular beach. Because it’s shallow, it’s ideal for everyone! A 25-minute walk from the village, 10 minutes by bike. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n Bordered by a magnificent pine forest, this cove offers a natural, soothing setting, ideal for finding peace and relaxation. If you’re an avid scuba diver, this is the place to be. <\/p>\n\n To reach these beautiful calanques, from the port of Porquerolles, take the Chemin du Langoustier (towards Plage d’Argent), and after just over a kilometer, turn left.<\/p>\n\n The calanques de l’Oustaou-de-Diou are on the other side of the port, between two cliffs. This very narrow cove offers a pleasant view.
