A magnificent site to visit with the whole family, just twenty kilometers from the campsite. On foot, by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bateliersdelacotedazur.com\/rade-toulon.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">boat<\/a> or by <a href=\"https:\/\/petit-train-toulon.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">train<\/a>, the choice is yours! \ud83d\udcf8  <\/p><div class=\"columns\"><div class=\"columns__item\" style=\"align-self:center;\"><h2><strong>A brief overview<\/strong><\/h2><p>If you&#8217;ve had the chance to take a walk on <a href=\"https:\/\/toulon.fr\/laissez-seduire\/article\/mont-faron-0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mont Faron<\/a> (see our article last month), you&#8217;ll have had the pleasure of admiring Toulon&#8217;s beautiful harbor from up there. The people of Toulon are very proud of it. They could show you around with their eyes closed.    <\/p><p>The <strong>Petite Rade<\/strong> is home to the Tour Royale and its landscaped park, the Corniche de Tamaris and the Baie du Lazaret with its stilted cabins and mussel beds.  <\/p><p>If you know the beaches of Mourillon or Anse M\u00e9jean, then you know the <strong>Grande Rade<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The Rade de Toulon is also home to the incredible military port and Arsenal.
