When you arrive in Hyères, there are two routes open to you. Either take the one that passes throughHyères airport and crosses the Capte beach. Or you can take the salt road via Almanarre. In both cases, you’ll be driving past the Pesquiers salt marshes and the Pesquiers ponds.

By plane

There are two options, depending on your departure point. The most convenient is to land atHyères airport. Hyères airport is 6.8km from the Presqu’île de Giens.

Once you’ve landed, you can either take a cab or an Uber, or the bus can drop you off at your destination. Line 67 will get you there in 12 minutes. The second option is toland in Marseille. As the airport is much further away than Hyères, your journey isn’t over yet.

You’ll either need to rent a car, or take the bus to Marseille Saint-Charles station, then take the train to Hyères station and then take the line 67 bus as well; or take an Uber, or a cab.
