CARNOULES – Le Village des Tortues 25 minutes’ drive from the campsite
Just a 25-minute drive from the Presqu’île de Giens campsite, in Carnoules, discover a unique educational and conservation center: the Village des Tortues, home to rare endangered species.
A short stroll around the 20,000 m2 park will give you the opportunity to observe over 50 species from all over the world! Fun for young and old alike!
BAGNOLS-EN-FORÊT – Les Gorges du Blavet (hiking) 1 hour’s drive from the campsite
A hike in the woods of Bagnols. In the heart of the Massif de l’Esterel, carved out of volcanic rock, discover the imposing Gorges du Blavet with its vertigo-inducing cliffs!

On the west side of the Var

LE PRADET – La Mine du Cap Garonne 20 minutes’ drive from the campsite

In the old copper mines just a few minutes from the campsite, in the village of Le Pradet, you’ll have the opportunity to discover underground galleries. DRAGUIGNAN – La Pierre de la Fée 1 hour’s drive from the campsite
Stop off on the road to Montferrat! Just 1 hour’s drive from the campsite, in the commune of Draguignan, stands one of the region’s most imposing dolmens: La Pierre de la Fée. With its impressive height of over 2 metres and weight of around 60 tonnes, this mysterious megalith is listed as a historic monument.
